MANILA—The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has taken a step forward in achieving its long-term goals for better social protection and poverty reduction by undertaking the requirements of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia’s Performance Governance System (PGS).
In order to communicate its initiatives under this governance reform program, DSWD’s Office of Strategy Management (OSM) came up with a creative campaign that calls on different field offices to come up with their own music videos that help promote the message “strategy is everybody’s job”.
