About the program

The Governance Boot Camp is a governance best practice and leadership training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement the PGS in their organizations.

The Basic Class focuses on the fundamental concepts of the PGS such as strategy design and execution, and on the functions and responsibilities of a critical governance mechanism—the Office for Strategy Management (OSM). This class is an ideal starting point for organizations interested in learning about the PGS.

  • Support the capacity of organizations in developing effective governance mechanisms for breakthrough results that positively impact stakeholders
  • Address the gaps in knowledge and skills needed to design and execute the PGS framework
  • Link individuals to other governance practitioners who share the advocacy of building an inclusive and sustainable Philippines through governance reform

Philippine Air Force
Our Co-Host

Guided by its Flight Plan 2020, the Philippine Air Force (PAF) aims to be a ‘professional and competent air force responsive to national security and development.’  Proving to be the responsive aerial arm of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, PAF is always seen as first responders to Filipinos dreadfully hit by destructive typhoons. Pursuing their mandate as the country’s air defenders, they continue to transform and revitalize their role in territorial defense, by increasing aerial surveillance flights over the West Philippine Sea – providing intelligence on the area, particularly illegal construction activities by other countries.
