Forum at a Glance

Day 1

On the first day (March 24): There will be a validation on the progress of ISA’s Partners in the Governance Pathway of the PGS. ISA will also launch its first-ever annual report. A press conference will also be held, where representatives from Palladium Group’s Hall-of-Fame Organizations.will have an opportunity to face local media. New associates of the Institute will also be named on the first day. (For Partners to be validated only)

Day 2

On the second day (March 25): Four global case studies will be presented in “how-to” sessions. These will be case studies of three Palladium Hall of Famers and ISA’s first Maharlika Hall-of-Famer that have successfully implemented the Balanced Scorecard, namely, Nippon Boehringer Ingelheim (Japan), Korea Customs Service, New Zealand Defense Force, and the City of San Fernando, Pampanga (first ever local PGS Hall-of-Famer). Mr. Ivan Choi from the Palladium Group will also be giving a Case Study on Innovating for Results.
