Mr. Francisco del Rosario, Jr. has over 40 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He has served as president of the Management Association of the Philippines, and is currently an independent director of Metrobank. In his desire to serve the country, Mr. del Rosario has accepted various government positions such as president of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), chief executive officer and president of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and undersecretary in the Department of National Defense (DND).

EVARISTO S. FRANCISCO JR.
This supply chain strategist and sustainability expert has extensive experience across Asia-Pacific, spanning 38 years, which began at Unilever Philippines and PepsiCo Inc.
Between 1997 to 2003, he was the Vice-President of Restaurant Systems and Engineering at Jollibee Foods Corporation and Operations Director for Southeast Asia at Kraft Foods Inc. He spent the last 18 years of his career working at The Coca-Cola Company.

CHRISTIAN P. ZAENS
Christian P. Zaens serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA), a governance institute based in Manila committed to enabling public institutions to achieve breakthrough reforms. He is the Practice Leader of the Performance Governance System (PGS), and dedicates significant time doing strategy with a wide range of organizations. Despite this, there’s always room for 9k steps, a good read, and vigorous yoga.

Program Management Unit
The Program Management Unit (PMU) is the unit that oversees the implementation and development of the Performance Governance System (PGS). Aimed at customizing strategy formulation, strategy execution, and strategy sustainability programs for National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, and other public sector organizations, the PMU seeks to enable ISA’s partners in institutionalizing their governance transformation and in producing breakthrough results felt by every Juan and Juana.

Resource Development Unit
The Resource Development Unit (RDU) is divided into three subunits—PGS Milestones Programs, Community Management, and Advocacy Advancement. RDU strives to proactively advocate good governance among its partners in the public sector through its training and capacity-building programs and by sparking meaningful conversations on governance reform.

Executive Leadership Unit
The Executive Leadership Unit (ELU) is divided into three subunits—Integrated Public Governance, Leadership and Governance Education, and Theories in Governance Development. ELU seeks to further enrich public sector leaders in championing governance excellence through lifelong learning and governance advocacy programs.
