On October 18, 2016, the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) will launch the Dream Philippines Fair (#DREAMPH2016) at the Bayanihan Center in Pasig City to provide a venue for sharing ideas and best practices in good governance and good citizenship among Filipinos, Filipino institutions, and other stakeholders. It is anchored on the belief that everyone can be a nation-builder, and invites decision-makers, influencers, and ordinary citizens to talk about their contributions toward creating a country where every government institution delivers and every citizen participates and prospers.
The successes and future initiatives of four key sectors—public institutions, private institutions, schools and youth, and individuals—will be presented through keynote speeches and roundtable discussions. Simultaneously, ISA’s partner government institutions undergoing its flagship governance reform program, the Performance Governance System (PGS), will present in public revalidas and open themselves to criticism and suggestions for collaboration from a multi-sector panel.
The Dream Philippines Fair takes off from almost ten years of bringing Filipinos and other stakeholders together through the Public Governance Forum and ISA’s partnership with its fellow nation-builders in the National Competitiveness Council (NCC) and UNILAB, both co-presenters of the event. An audience of 500 is expected to participate in the full-day event.
Registration is still open and can be done through http://bit.ly/DreamPHFair2016.
