Mandaue City’s Office of Strategy Management (OSM) is transforming City Hall by redesigning its cascading and buy-in strategy and mobilizing vision-aligned circles (VACs).
To make its cascading sessions more effective, Mandaue’s OSM enlisted the help of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. Kool Adventure Camp (RAFI KAC) to facilitate team-building activities to strengthen relationships within City Hall and to teach governance concepts in a more engaging way.
According to Mandaue OSM Head Jamaal Calipayan, this has had a positive influence in City Hall workplaces and encouraged better ownership of the City’s transformation agenda.
Mandaue’s vision is to become the primary source of high quality consumer products by 2020.
