Governance Boot Camp
The Governance Boot Camp is a governance best practice and leadership training program designed to equip individuals in the public sector with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement the PGS framework in their organizations.
The Basic Class focuses on the fundamental concepts of the PGS such as strategy design and execution, and the functions and responsibilities of a critical governance mechanism – the Office for Strategy Management (OSM). The class is an ideal starting point for organizations interested in learning about the PGS.
