After years of pushing for reforms in various national- and local-level government institutions, the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of governance as a positive complement to the massive sharing success stories from our experience to help advance the speed and scale of reforms in the Philippine public sector, as well as to plant the seeds of change in neighboring countries where growth is still stifled by corrupt and inefficient government practices.

We want to affect a change in public mindset in the Philippines, where government as a whole is viewed as unwilling to take steps toward lasting reforms or even as indifferent to the interests of the people. Our true and concrete stories of success can stand as proof that there are public sector institutions that have been able to transform themselves to serve as models of governance for many others. Moreover, these 12 inspiring stories of governance identify people participation as key to real change and therefore hold every Filipino citizen to a higher standard.

2. Select For Delivery/Pick Up for local delivery, self-pick up, and pick up via courier. Select Bank Deposit as your payment method. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
3. Settle the total amount inclusive of VAT via bank transfer, and send the proof of payment in the Order Received email thread. Use the Order Number as your reference when paying.
4. Wait for our confirmation. A member of our team will coordinate with you re: shipping fees and estimated day of delivery. All fees are calculated after payment is made and are shouldered by the customer.

• We are seeking your kind understanding due to some delays. The ISA staff are in a work-from-home arrangement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please give us up to three (3) weeks to deliver your order.

• Delivery rates are estimated at ₱100 – ₱500 within Metro Manila, (ISA staff will confirm the final amount upon payment confirmation). The delivery fee outside Metro Manila will be subject to the rates of the courier company assigned to handle your order. Please note that customer will be shouldering all applicable fees.
