The Performance Governance System

The Performance Governance System (PGS) is a framework for transformation that empowers institutions to deliver breakthrough results. It contributes to national development and inclusive growth by guiding institutions through a four-stage pathway designed to create, execute, and sustain effective transformation strategies.

We organize training and capacity building events that aim to build the competencies of governance practitioners in order to strengthen implementation of the PGS. Through ISAs’s various events, participants learn both theoretical and practical skills, share best practices and challenges, and celebrate gains in public sector reform.
